    Cos its a clone of a Vu+ receiver n the ViX team don't support them, they are Chinese counterfeits, so you won't get support on here, soz!!

    There are bootlogos in the feeds, take your pick..
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    basically stear clear of buying receivers on any of the popular auction sites, there riddled with clones. for a official list of receivers we support look at www.openvix.co.uk and check out our sponsor as you can guarantee he will never sell a clone.
