Newbie confusion with channel lists buquets etc etc

    Hi
Please can you help a total newbie? just bought a new VU+ soloSE with VIX image. I seemed to have configured OK. All fine except I just have a massive full list of channels after doing a manual scan.
How do I get a standard structured channel list when either using the up arrow or the epg button?

I tried using AutoBouqutsMAker and selected Freesat and SkySD regions etc which then went through and seemed to search/scan both of these. It finished without error. What else do I need do? I still just have the same full list?

Sorry for the dumb question, total newbie and this is driving me mad.

with abm in use one does not need to load channel lists and i just use abm.
my location southern irl so setup for republic in sd only and just run the abm scan and after a few minutes i have loaded my favourites in sorted sections with freesat hd and sd on next page.

just to add doing a scan when setting up box will give you an all list + abm if used via blue button.
