Come to think of it, the last time this happened was If I recall correctly with a TM box possibly even a Twin.

Looks like previous TM driver issues with FIB & SIB displaying transparency incorrectly before 1080 frame buffer issues even existed.
OP, can you propper screenshot current: Menu -> Information -> About & Menu -> Setup -> System -> A/V settings & upload them here.

It's looking more and more like a driver fault specific to the older TM models. we will update with more details as soon as we know whats going on our selves.

Try changing refresh rate to multi, does the issue happen as often then?

It appears to be a driver issue, when this is triggered has anyone been streaming via webif?

Yes as i have posted earlier in this thread. I have used webif. Sometimes it makes the skin fuzzy, other times it doesn't. I've been on webif and everything Ok.randomly the skin goes fuzzy. Also when fast forwarding a recording it has an intermittent pause every couple of seconds for a couple of seconds.

I have exactly the same issues and have not used webif at all, it happens at random times but a re-boot solves it, mine is a TM-Twin as well
