    Apollo 99/101 - ABM changes

Just to alert users to the following:

The xml files on the server were renamed. If ABM does not work if you have updated, please re-configure ABM.
The indiviudal provider files for England,Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have been remerged to form Sky UK. They were initailly split owing to differnces in the HD swap numbers

@Huevos has done some wonderful work to improve ABM. If you have a 19 or 23.5 lnb, more providers are working.
As the FastScan data contains channel data for four different satellites, a new option in the expert menu to skip these out has been added.
Other improvemenst to avoid issues have been added.

In the unlikely event that you get a crash owing to hidden sections.......
Put enigma to sleep with telnet command
    Code:
    init 4
Using and FTP program (such as Filezilla) navigate to /etc/enigma2
Using a linux compatible file editor (such as Notepad++, not deafult windows notepad) edit the file called "settings"
Delete the lines that start with
    Code:
    config.autobouquetsmaker
Save and transfer back to receiver
Restart receiver and you should be fine.

Deselecting your ABM providers prior to updating to Apollo 99 is a failsafe method and will avoid any unforseen complications

Users of ZoomZoomLukes' xml should also be aware that provider name will change from next public release after 100. From "Sky ZZL" to "Sky UK (SD)" The motive is to make it easy to understand what it is from the name without background knowledge. We'd like to thank Luke for his ongoing updates.
