Gift on spiderbox9000hd key error! help please!

Please could someone help, i have purchased the spiderbox 9000HD and set it up on internet and was fully working till about a month ago. I turned it on and the nuevoxtreme said there is a key error. i have installed the latest upgrades from darkman and even tried to re-entre the key which has 6 months left at least. the key comes back as "key is already registered". does any one know how to solve this or has my key been duplicated.

    many thanks

A reboot on both box and router normally fix this.
