Reason for this request is that if others are having a similar query it should be easy for them to look at the title of a thread and if applicable to them, read and progress from there. With regards to tuner configuration, the golden rules is that the software configuration must match the hardware connected to each tuner. Put simply, you have to tell the receiver what is connected to each of its tuners. Treat each tuner separately. We have a tuner configuration section in the Vix Manual.
If your "positioner/motor" has been aligned correctly, you should be able to use USALS motor controls ( sometimes called "GoToXX"). This means that the receiver calculates how much to move the motor based on the geographical co-ordinates you input. Please make sure east/west are correct. The tuner configuration is as pictured. For teh time being all tuners with nothing connected to them should be set as "not configured"
