    Unhappy ABM giving error or missing channels???

    Hi,
    I am from Worthing but have Providers as Virgin(UK): AREA 41044
    When doing a scan sometimes i get
    - a few channels inside bouquet
    - sometimes no sd only hd
    - but now i am getting "cannot read data"

    Any ideas ????

    Do you get all the channels doing a normal scan?

    Could you also follow the instructions in this thread and upload your results.

    Yes i get more then 500 channels.

    Dont understand what do i have to do with that link, i use a mac.

    Just need to get details from your headend. We estimated some values.

    You will be doings on your receiver, so does not matter what computer you use.

    The link you posted tells me to do this :
    "Dvbsnoop is required. If you do not have it, install using telnet command below and then restart receiver"

    Dont understand it at all.

    Can i delete previous search ?
    I know how to ftp, download plugins and do cams.

    Hopefully one of our Mac users will advise on usage of telnet client.
