    Openvix hd

just installed Openvix HD Apollo 70 on to my Duo2 and I have to say, it is Rather good and I am so far very Impressed with it well done Rossie
I still need to install my few plugins that I use as feeds where down when I Installed and I am still finding my way round it as I normally use Vix-Night-HD, and not sure if you can change the skin, not fussed on light Blue as I support Man U but I can live with and I have to say that it looks rather good to be Honest
any way so far so good and a nice edition to the VIX Family

Hello yes you can install it as an update, that's what I did from Apollo 64 and it loaded in as normal, although I will have to update my plugins later as the feeds are down at the moment but that should be easy enough to do and every thing seems to be working fine
I forgot to mention that my back up of Apollo 64 worked as normal and I still have all my settings from my previous updates apart from my plugins but I only use the weather and on demand plugins any way

    Afternoon All

Cn I ask if this latest version is available for Vu+ Solo2 as I just read what nsw9154 just wrote

"this new image is only available for the Gigablue Quad / Quad plus and the VU Duo2 and Solo2 Receivers but I might be wrong" is any forum member able to confirm if its possible to upgrade this latest image?

    Regards
    John.

Vu have finally updated to allow full use of the 1080 frame buffer needed for rossi's skin. So hopefully it won't be too long before you see the OpenViX HD images for the Vu+ receivers.

As I said Vu have finally allowed full use of the 1080 frame buffer allowing the ViX HD image to be built for this machine.

Look here for proof of that.
