    Question EPG selecting channels

Hi guys, looking for help regarding the channel EPG list, i'm using skin fraggle121 for the EPG at the moment but it doesn't matter which EPG list i use the same thing happens, i have to scroll down to the channel below the one that i actually want, for instance if the line-up is this

    BBC1
    BBC2
    BBC3
    BBC4

if i want to watch BBC2 i have to scroll to the next row down(BBC3) and click on that, also...the channel buttons on the remote control don't work either(well, one of them doesn't) if i press the + button (to move up channels) nothing happens, if i press the - button it switches to a channel i'm recording ? as i've said it's the same for whatever EPG i've tried using, it's a VU+ solo2 box i have(bought from WoS 2 weeks ago) version :Apollo, build 055

ok, flashed the image and installed a 2nd time, still getting this green screen so, do i have to flash the bootloader first ? and if so...which version etc noticed on another thread on here it would appear i've been lucky i've not damaged the box by not flashing the bootloader(sigh)
