    Brand new gigablue quad plus and cant FTP?

    Hi,
    got my new Gigablue today and cant FTP.
    I tried cyberduck and Filezilla from my mac but no luck , fails everytime.
    192.168.0.16
    root
    blank
    21 port

    Anyone could help??

    try total commander and download the FTP plugin also

    openvix does not have passwords set by default but some FTP applications require one to be added.

    Total commander is windows and i am using mac.
    Did download FTPBrowser but dont know what to do with it.

    so are you leaving the password field blank, ie empty or using the word blank ?.

    Using FileZilla user root pass root leave port blank, works for me on most images on my gigablue quad

    in that screenshot you have not selected the Anonymous login box (under the password field), tick it and try again.

    If i select anonymous fails , because cant use root user.

    You are using the wrong ip address - it should be 192.168.0.3
