    If it happens it happens, but only a few weeks ago people were reporting some Sky Italia HD were now back on.

    so much for adding more shotgun cable and rewiring and end up with blank screen lol=tv powered off,if the worst comes vcr back into place and get to view those tapes of god knows what

    Gotta say I am watching more XBMC on an android tv box than any other device !! Can I say That ?

    What Android box you using.
    Have XBMC on PC and Raspberry PI but my sis is looking for xmbc and I think android tv box would be better.
    Is it wired or wireless or both.

    A minix neo x8h great bit of kit I use this hard wired to a vpn router but can also be used wireless.

    It does apparently on my android Ouya box.
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    If you mean dolby or dts yes depends on the source

    Build yourself an openelec box for xbmc unless you really need android for something else.
    P.s. Xbmc is to be no more, it will be replaced by "kodi".

    Considered that but for these reasons looked at android box.

    1 - less power consumption
    2 - includes remote etc
    3 - builtin user interface
    4 - easier to show others to use
    5 - Wont be used for any other tasks
