octagon 1000+ looping after updating after build 25

Hi guys new to this box, had it for 3 months very pleased until updated last night with build 25 that updated fine
worked a treat. this afternoon checked latest feeds and their was an update to download which I tried to read what it was for
but the page was blank, so I updated thinking it was to solve bugs etc on 25, It downloaded okay then went to reboot, all looking
good, then just looping left four over an hour still same. I've tried to reload build 24 via usb tried 3 different sticks no joy
remote doesn't respond. It starts up looks ok image comes on screen, bottom right hand corner says loading please wait then just loops
I have latest drive on box 750 any advise please.

It's more than likely generating E2 crash logs in /home/root/logs/
FTP into the box & upload one here.

Use filezilla to connect to the box so and look in /home/root/logs/ for a crashlog.

Have you disconnected all other USB devices before trying to flash?

tried to connect to fileZilla client server wont connect to box, I think this is because box is still looping. I have also re formatted all usb sticks using the hp usb formatting tool still wont boot up.

Both lights come on when switch on with usb stick inserted hit channel + turns purple for 1 second then red light for 10 seconds boots up then red light goes out blue light stays on box just loops
