    Hi,
0000 normally works. Did you keep the off/mute pressed for up to 30-40 minutes? Searching the whole database takes quite a while and the button must be kept pressed until there is a reaction.

    ciao

I have a sneaky feeling it is already tuned into a code, because when i do 0000 it just stays red even when Press vol+/-

Is there anyway to clear the remotes memory?

    Yep, nothing happens.

I remember tuning my duo remote in the red light blinks each time.
