Sounds just like where I live, I recently reported I wasn't getting what I paid for broadband speeds An I was told I'd need a superhub 2 at £49.99.Got vermin for my super fast broadband 120m luckily as bt have no intent of rolling out fiber to my local street cabinet and the best speed on copper is 4 meg depending on how the wind is blowing
I asked for a engineer to come out & he checked found my original superhub to be failing & fitted me a superhub2 free of charge so now my mac can run wireless on 5g pulling 120mb wireless.

you need to decap your chip in your VM box and read the CPU key out, then reball the Icc back onto the board so you are able to update your entitlements, it's not for the faint hearted...

I should have stated in my post that I am using a Tivo box to watch BT Sports 1&2 HD and the Eurosports HD channels
I was hoping that their would be a way to use my Virmin Subscription card in my cable box but their is no chance of that
but at least I do not have to use the Horrible Tivo Remote Controle any more as I bought myself a Harmony 650
