    Guide to Flashing whilst retaining Settings?

    I'm about to leap from Zeus to Apollo, but this is the first time I've done a flash-to-upgrade rather than using the inbuilt upgrade mechanism.

    Is there an idiot's guide to flashing new firmware whilst retaining auto-timers, cam setup, bouquets - basically everything I've tweaked on Zeus so that it's still there once I've flashed to Apollo?

    You can back up all settings gs using the built in backup manger. Whilst your at it its always good idea to back up whole image in case anything goes tits up.

    You can also do a Virgin flash and manually transfer your stuff across.

    Auto timers are in etc/enigma2
    Cam configs for cccam are etc

    Strange as I thought Apollo was not yet released and only available to beta testers?
