    DreamBoxEdit Help

    Hi Guys

I have used autobouquet maker, and to organise my channels a bit better
now need some help on DBE, im trying to remove the channel number in
front of channel name, this is stopping me sorting channels into alphabetical
order, try as i may be editing channel info, and deleting number, it keeps
coming back when i view channel on my box, is there a fix for this ??

    Regards
If its not broken don't attempt to fix it, it could get alot worse "

ABM does not add numbers to name. Are you sure you are using ABM and not AutoBouquets E2 by Lraizer?

There is a PC program called "Channel Number remover" which will remove channel numbers from a bouquet. I f you google you can find a link on this WEBsite.
Use to work, but haven't tried it for a while.
You can also set off channel number in Lraizer's ABM.

One of the options is to show channel numbers, you can toggle that off if you wish to use DBedit.

However, why not use custom sort? The bouquets will be in your chosen order and will be updated in that order. There is an excel pacakge which will asist in you manipulating the sort file. You can use the sort/feature function in excel.

But you will have to keep doing it everytime there are changes. If all is well, lets make it better.

Other than sorting alphabetically, are there any changes to your ordering within bouquets?
