Did you create a swap file? Is your HDD named msdos? What format is HDD in, ext/NTFS/fat32?

hi i initialized my hdd in setup to ext4 R/W
mounted it, then when i attempt to create
a swapfile in swap file manager i still get the following :-

Enable swap at startup, "TICKED IN BOX"
    Swap place "MSDOS"
    Swap size "EMPTY"
    Status "INACTIVE"

still as my previous post, im reluctant to format drive
as to not lose all my stored movies on it

so you think it might be just name of drive MSDOS ??

I can't tell why it doesn't work for you.
But why would you want to use a swapfile for the UNO? The box has plenty of RAM so you're not going to win anything at all!
