A USB DVB-T stick will also work, so the sat feed could be replaced with a tv aerial.

The ultimo, solo2 and duo2 all support up to four usb dvb tuners in software. There is also an electrical limit depending on the current drawn from your usb ports. As you can see from my signature, I currently have 7 tuners, and 4 of them are provided by two usb dual tuners. Works well and avoids most conflicting timers!
    OpenVix:
    VU+Duo2 -- 2 x Twin internal DVB-S2 & DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T (Avermedia Twinstar [AF9035], Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]) = 8 tuners
    VU+Duo4kse -- internal Sat FBC & twin DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]

Mate, seriously I always had problems with my USB tuner 'sleeping' and having to reboot the box to wake it up again, when you get paid again get yourself a quad tuner duo2, now that's what I wished i had done in the first place.
