    plex on my gigablue 800 se

    hi can i put plex on my gigablue 800 se on vix image at the moment i can not get the extension on the vix sever it say it down all the time so i can put on my self i got ice films but it keeps rebooting my box and not working any help thanks

    Plex works ok with vix
    Vu Ultimo4K, OpenViX 5.0, 8xdvb-c, 8xdvb-s2, 2xdvb-t2
    Vu Solo4K, OpenViX 5.0, 8xdvb-s2
    Dreambox DM900, OpenViX 5.0, 2xdvb-s2, 2xdvb-c/t2
    Terrestrial, Cable, Fixed 28.2e + Unicable2 LNB

    you may have a corrupted opkg lists file.


    Look in /var/lib/opkg/lists/ for any large files & delete them, then reboot the receiver and run a software update to generate new clean versions, then try the image feeds again.

    hi looked in my list folder and the big file is openvix mips32el do i delete that file or all of them in the folder this is for the ice films to work yes thanks for everyone's help and will the plex be on the server or will i have to put it in and what file would be all right for my box

    This is just for the image feeds, It's safe to delete them all, they will be generated again once the receiver is rebooted. Icefilms is a thirdparty plugin and depending on where you live elements of it are being blocked by the internet service providers

    how to setup plex on my gigablue i have plex running on my now tv box and that works ok i have installed plex but it say its off line do you want to try again

    just search for your server as you did with the now tv box
    i use a nowtv box for plex aswell.
