    'receiver encountered a software problem'

Hi there. Wonder if anyone can provide some advice. My TM Twin OE has been working perfectly since being set up by a friend a couple of months ago. But... last weekend it would not start so I rebooted and at 49% it gave me the message 'Your receiver has encountered a software problem...' and asked me to send the crash log to vixlogs. I did this but haven't heard yet. What do I do to fix it? Would be most grateful for any ideas. The content of the crash log is this:

    Code:
IOError: [Errno 28] No space left on device
Your flash is full, are you storing EPG on it? or maybe a corrupt opkg file?
Look in /var/lib/opkg/lists/ for any large files & delete them.

Cheers. I've had a look and it shows one large file dated a couple of days before I noticed the receiver was not working:

    openvix-mips32el Size: 3,154,599,396

Should I delete this and then reboot?

    That's worked. Fantastic. Thanks.

Any idea what might have caused the problem. I only had a couple of films stored on the device. Is it possible that one of my kids could have pressed record or live pause when they were watching?

It's just a corrupt download, we're still not 100% on why it happens every now & again and there is no harm in deleting it when it does.
Andy is looking into a way of stopping it happening, so hopefully in a future build.

Start a new thread in teh correct section. You have now hijacked two threads which are completely differnt to waht your issue is.

Navigate to teh TM500 section and click on post new thread. Seems like youh ave messed up the satellites.xml
