Starview the box is most likely a cable receiver.

Do you have a satellite dish on your property?

    Problem. Its arrived.

Its saying there is a signal (generally 60-70%) but quality level never goes past two. No channels at all are appearing. I tried it with and without gift, I'm only looking for freesat, at least until I get a motorised dish. Any ideas anyone?

Also, are you sure the dish is pointing to 28.2e? Have a look at other sky dishes in the same area, are they pointing in exactly the same position as yours?!
