MKV/MP4 some problems with sound and subtitles

Hi I have TM-2T with latest Vix image and updates. I have been having problems with mkv/mp4 files. Sometimes there is no sound and subtitles do not work at all. Also avi files with external .sub files do not work at all. Mkv and avi with a srt file works fine I believe. All work ok on stand alone asus o player. There should be a choice of languages.

    Mp4 file no sound

Please ignore the problem with sound. When I restarted the receiver the sound was ok. As for subtittles yes big problem with vobsubs. If I could get this right the machine would be near perfect for me.
