    Box keeps crashing

    Hi,

    Last night I updated my box via the menu but now today when I go into Menu settings the box keeps crashing.

    Should I click on Factory reset to get it working properly again or what should I do please?

    Thanks

    crash = crash logs.
    By default, they are stored in /home/root/logs/
    Please upload them.

    Do you know how to FTP into the box?
    Have you a computer you use on the same network? if so, what OS are you using?

    I don't use Dreamset, prefer a proper FTP client.
    Have a look at filezilla
    Code:
    https://filezilla-project.org/
    Should work perfectly well on your Windows 7.

    Hi,
    you update at least once from <760 to >=760. When you want to use build >760 make a backup of your settings and plugins and do a full flash with restore.

    Starting with build 760 there is VideoMode embedded in Enigm2 and not a plugin anymore and in your log I read

    SystemPlugins/Videomode

    You seem to have installed the WebInterface plugin?
