Quick question - on my old sky box which I've now replaced with a Duo2 there's was a red button to access the interactive services on the BBC etc is there a similar function within a duo2 box?
no but you can access the red button stream channels manually depending on the bouquet pack / channel list you use.

most of the sky uk specific ones will contain them as well as the auto bouquet generators such as ABM which is built into the ViX image.

If your not using the ABM you can download the Vix 28.2e bouquets >>>HERE<<<
The Red button services are in a bouquet called : Sky Sports Interactive or BBC Interactive..
You can also do it the old fashioned way.
Just bring up the full list of channels for 28.2°e (down arrow then green button then ok) and scroll to the start of the list. Sky channels start at 1471 and the BBC red button channels are just after that. 1482-85 at present.
