Et5000 wont falsh

trying to flash new image getting error with regards to drivers i wounder if any one can shed any light .... after flash both red and green light stay on and the box does not reboot it self maybe battery problem but wanted to confirm?
i have attached the log looks like Linux its loading just not enigma 2
