only getting now & next on sky fta channels

Hi i am on Vix 753 and use my old sky card to receive the fta channels mainly 5 HD, but on these channels i dont get any epg info until i go to that channel, then all i get is now & next, all the rest of the channels work ok.

I have tried a clean update from the last vix build but have the same results, any ideas i could try ?

    Thanks

    Robert

What EPG sources have you selected for download & what happens when you press blue button -> CrossEPG Downloader?

Try a full manual satellite scan on 28°e. Set it to clear all old channels and do a network scan.

I am assuming you have already set up Cross EPG in the recommended way - that is with only 28.2°e selected - and performed a manual download.

Judge it does a channel scan, and have set it up as it should be following the sticky on here with open 28.2 ticked

Burnham will try a full scan now and update
