    Purple screen with HDMI-CEC

    I'm a new quad user, and i try to set up HDMI-CEC , but i get a purple screen when CEC turns on my tv
    its a SAMSUNG 9 series with 3D
    and i have team red image

    Try using VIX image much better
    HDMI-CEC can be a bit hit and miss anyway, most likely a handshake problem?

    team red came with the quad when i bought it second hand
    but it is only a few month old , i dont know why he sell the box but it is good for me anyway
    maybe i try VIX image , but first i must figure it out how to flash
    is it similar like flashing a dreambox ?
    i have also a dreambox dm8000

    Yeah man get in the mix and use a Vix best image around.
    super simple to flash....

    when i turn my gigablue on the screen goes like a fading purple color but when i switch it off from the back and turn it back on again it goes back to normal, but it always does this, am on openmips 4.2. anyone no whats a matter with it?

    Maybe turn on the TV first and then the box. The HDMI handshake is quite sensitive.
