No data on transponder! (timeout reading pat).



Hi guys, you have always helped me out sorting one problem after another, so here is another one for you.

I'm have MAXDIGITAL 1000 VIX IMAGE, and recorded a program but when I came to watch it received this error message NO DATA ON TRANSPONDER! (TIMEOUT READING PAT).

I've read other people posts about this, but all my channels are fine, it just seems to happen whenever I try to watch a recorded program.

It is a problem with my USB stick maybe, Have I configured it right it, do I need to download a particular plugin or update certain drivers

I think the USB STICK is fine, as looking at it if this is right it says /media/hdd/ is backup, crossepg, movie & timeshift. my recording are in /hdd/movie/

Last thing if this problem is sorted, how can I make sure that all recording or any channel list, update all get put on my USB STICK to save the box from using its memory and help it run smooth.

Dont see why a recorded program would give you that message and its does not request a signal if your playing back a program.

Does this happen on Freeview channels as well as premium channels ? or just premium channels ?.
