Can I load sat specific channel lists?

Hi,
I was just wondering if there is a solution to my problem. Everytime I update my sky uk channel list(thank you so much Mad For It) I have to rescan for hotbird and astra19e and resort the channels for those sats. Is there a way I can just save my hotbird and astra 19e channel lists and upload them after I have updated my sky uk channel list?
