Help with TM 800 HD Stuck on Technomate no pictures

Hi guys

i need help to sort my TM 800 HD as its stuck on Technomate scrolling over and over , theres not pictures i try using A USB to update it but its cant even read the USB please anybody can advise me on what to do .
