    Hi,
what do you want to know?

Transcoding is streaming but the bitrate (sadly also the PQ) is reduced before streaming so it might be possible to get live TV on you tablet/smartphone when you are not at home over 3G/LTE.

    ciao

How would you set this up so you could watch on 3g away from home. I too was wanting to know more information about how to setup and how transcoding works.

If you have android then use VU+player from Google play.I use it to connect to my box and watch whatever channel i want from anywhere as long as your device has a good data connection.
I am lucky as i have BT wifi so connect to them when out and about and watch everything no problems.

    Hi,
read this it should answer most/all of your questions.

You must use Port 8001 for normal streaming and Port 8002 for transcoded streaming with Solo2/Duo2.

    ciao
