    DreamDroid & VPlayer experience

I just installed the above on my HTC One, both apps seem to be working ok after an easy installation.
    Is anyone familiar with streaming?
I opened a stream using vplayer which was excellent on SD but i couldn't find any other way to quit the stream other than the back button on the HTC. Now for me that isn't a problem but when i open my bouquets / channel list from the standard remote almost all my channels are greyed out and if i try to zap i get "no free tuner".
After a few minutes the software crashes on the box and i have to hard reset from power switch at the rear.
I did notice that before the crash the record light was blinking so perhaps the software dreamdroid or vplayer are simulating a record scenario. this would explain the no free tuner.
    Any help appreciated.

    If you're streaming, you're using a tuner.
Still shouldn't crash the box though, so, please upload a crash log so we can see what's happening.

ok, worked it out and was simple enough.
    1. Navigate dreamdroid to your desired channel zap or simply stream. specify vplayer as the streamer. (the record light will blink during the streaming)
    2. When you want to close, just exit with the back button on the phone
    3. Go back to the dreamdroid bouquet and zap to the channel you desire and a message will pop up " the active service is now ...."
    4. finished.. just repeat when changing channels again.
no issue with free tuner when i checked with standard remote and OSD.

Where are the crash logs located?
I would say the crash was me trying to re tune with the standard remote whilst the app had reserved a channel for streaming
I can upload if you would like to have a look

Crash logs are stored by default in /home/root/logs/
If the app you're using is causing the crash, there might be little we can do, but worth uploading anyway.
