    help needed on my new sat receiver

    Hi all just trying to get my new spiderbox hd 6000 box running but theres a few channels I cant get im on astra 2a 28.2º e and one of the channels is cbbc I yoused to get it with my free sat box , any ideas please

    try a scan of 10818 v 22000,before 19.00 (7pm) cbbc after 19.00 will show up as bbc3
