    I have it at single and simple both tuners.try doing a service scan.try installing latest bouquets.
    you must set tuner to what sat you want to pick up also.
    for example
    simple
    single

    We need a little more information about your setup. Such as what kind of motor etc your trying to setup.

    are you trying to loop the signal through between the tuners ? if so you have to connect the coax / feed to Tuner B and then loop it through to Tuner A for it to work.

    What do you mean by "external motor"?

    The configs in that post should work for most people provided that the motor/dish is aligned correctly. Here they are for you.

    your tuner configuration for the motorised tuner should be:

    Config mode = simple
    Mode = positioner
    Longitude = enter your values (west, if values from dish pointer are negative)
    Latitude = enter your values (south, if values from dish pointer are negative)

    Leave the other options at the default values.

    You can get your co-ordinates from dishpointer.com. If your dish aligned correctly, it will calculate the positon of every satellite. You can then scan individual satellites or transfer a premade chanenl list or a combination of both.
