Ok I'm going to try something I can't even update software via the box, vm said I must have been blocked by WOS for my ip but Sicilian days that's not the case after pm him my isp earlier today so I just don't get what the issue is.

What does it say in the nameserver settings?
Its the 2nd option in network, try changing that to 8.8.8.8

If pc cant get through router, box will have same issue surely?
Factory reset of router has been tried?
Nameserver picture.... shouldnt that not start with 192 rather than 194 ???

You changed the settings in pic one to 8.8.8.8
If you have try it with the IP of the router in there

I can't get to the feeds mate, that's what I really want to do. It just keeps saying no new plugins found or just stays on dl for ages but nothing then happens.
