    I have put the router into modem mode and connected solo2 by ethernet, i get unconfirmed ip and unconfirmed name server so suggesting no Internet access yet when I put ethernet into my laptop no problem with Internet access. Does something need changing on the solo2 to accept connection via ethernet?
    Vix image (usually latest) - VU Solo 4K- WD 1TB INTERNAL HDD - DVB-T Freeview, trialling IPTV options

    Connect laptop again and once you have internet access, in command prompt type ipconfig. Jot details down and replicate on receiver. Dont forget to reboot modem. Hopefully you it works. Otherwise borrow a modem/ go to a mates house.

    Surely virgin should be able to sort this out.
