Duo2 LCD Display and Timeshift Issue

I have an issue where the LCD display turns off if I rewind live TV then press the white square on the remote to exit timeshift it will only return if I restart enigma not sure if this is a VIX or VU issue and sorry if I have posted in the wrong section. I am using the latest VIX image build 729 but this was also an issue with earlier versions Thanks

Do you have PTS enabled? If not, turn it on and try again.

Who said I am reporting it again The OP clearly hadn't seen my original post so was just letting him know that he wasn't the only one experiencing the problem and that you guys were aware of it.

    Edit - let you off!

No worries - you beat me to my edit

Boss - you say it doesn't seem to happen to you when in Timeshift but I think you will be able to replicate it if you whizz back/forward a bit more quickly. Currently on builld 729 BTW.

Issue remains on build 750. Hopefully just a driver issue.

    This is not a bug.
Its actually part of the LCD4linux plugin.
If you press rewind twice the display goes off.
Press rewind twice again and it comes back on.
If its annoying you you can turn off by going into LCD4linux plugin.
Scroll down to Double button switches and change to no.
    This stops the issue.

And apart from that: the LCD-screen is governed by the l4l-plugin, (unfortunately) not by the drivers.
