gigablue quad frozen

Hi I am in trouble again.l when in to the menu on my gigablue quad and saw that you could download various pluggins .so I decided to download an epg one after which a message on the screen said I was to restarted and the box I did so but when the box restarted it only gets as far as the*gigablue screen and hangs there also the red stand by light is on wjll I have to reflash the box or is there some way of undoing what I did.............help!!!!!!

Me too, I had the same problem. You have to get a new image either from this forum or gigablue website.

can you tell me if you cooling plate is really hot- the black plate inside the unit?

That happened to you both when DL'ing an EPG plugin from the feeds? What plug in? I can try.
