You are on a rather old build (726), so the very first thing I would suggest is to update to build 750.

Having said that: on build 750 I confirm your issue.

As I never use the player: what is number-button 5 supposed to do?

when you press 5 it brings you to the point where the subtitles should be in the movie.

Let's say you start watching the movie 10 minutes after the beginning then pressing 5 brings you to around 10 minutes into the movie.

We tried to look into this, but only the author can fix this (as it's a closed source plugin).
So please report the error via his forum if you want to get it fixed.
