I'm using Catseye, I'm in UK, On the channel list I have only one ITV 2 HD.

Actually it's not only ITV problem.
I have original Sky card in my Solo2 box with Vix on it. Every now and again the picture "pixelise" on different channels - really annoying when you've been spoiled by perfect picture from Sky box.
Satellite dish is bigger than before, signal on 28.2 is SNR:93%, AGC:91% - so what causes this issue? Box? Drivers? Can I tweak any settings?

Check feeds, coax, connectors, lnb, lnb skew, alinement. LNB skew or alignment being very slightly out could cause an issue on some receivers but not others.

Yes, if you configure it correctly. Plenty of helpful threads on the forum of how to do it.

Has there been no problems observed with pairing and encryption following the Sky update that's happened in the last few days?
