AutoBouquetMaker problem

Hi just setting up a 2T OE box for a friend and all was going ok until it came to scanning in AutoBouquetMaker for channel list,it keeps on timing out.Its configured to expert and with all the providers, freesat >yes and Sky IRL>custom and all the channels are there in all channels.Any ideas why it wont put all channels in to favourites and why it times out?

Me too! I was trying to scan the ABM and the message I got was "Timeout for tuner lock". I have had other problems as well, though.

Hi yeah thats what mine says too and obviously cant set my EPG guide either.Im sure somebody has come across this before.Maybe its got something to do with the Image?

Which image are you using?
If ViX, please make sure to be on build 722.

Also, quite obvious, make sure the tunerconfiguration is correct.

Hi i just figured it out its was a bad connection on one of the tuner cables in on the back off the box.Put a new connection on and it worked fine.Its all up and running again.Check your connections are good.

Does the box need to have both LNB1 and LNB2 cabled to separate coaxial cables? Would they need to be on the same sat or could they be on 19E and 28E?

BTW, last night I did a software update and my build is 722.

Your build is so old I would upgrade to Vix Zeus, current stable build is 023.
