    Current issue with CrossEPG

Hi folks, I recently re-flashed my TM-2T to VIX 720 because I was having problems with on demand not working. That's sorted but now CrossEPG on 28.2E is failing to download and populate the epg. Previously it was working fine. I have it set to 28.2 and 13 and it updates every morning. First I noticed that now when the downloader starts the blues screen and music aren't there. The downloader seems to hang and the normal processes dont seem to happen eg parsing etc. Then it goes back to the menu but I get service unavailable, check tuner config and a black screen. Both tuners are fine and working well as I can then change the channel but UK is now not populating. 13E seems to be ok though and has worked. Sorry for the long winded explanation!

Is this happening on scheduled download as well as manual download?
What sources are you using for both? & what are your tuner configs?

Hi Judge, I'm using opentv and it's happening on both maual download and scheduled. As I said though it is working ok on 13E. I'm not at home so I can't give you my tuner configs until later.

I had same issue yesterday tried everything. In the end reflashed to 722 and did not restore settings. Just ran autobouquet and tested and all worked fine.

Have you tried running autobouquet scan of 28.2, or a full satellite scan for 28.2?

No problems here on Vix Vu Solo.
On a side note, what's your setup like? I'm in Stoke with a motorised 80cm. What sats do you pick up?

Pooface; The re-scan seems to have fixed the problem. Crossepg worked straight away afterwards!! Cheers.
