Anyone using usb DVBt tuners successfully with DUO 2?

Just wondering if anybody with three internal tuners has tried a usb dvbt tuner? I have tried unsuccessfully to enable Sundtek dvbt tuner with the duo 2. Three Sat tuners work perfectly but once dvbt usb tuner is enabled it stops any tuner in the second slot from working - in my case tuner b&c. Have informed Sundtek and they are looking at it but think it may be a problem with the duo 2 as opposed their drivers.
If anyone has this setup can they list which usb tuner they have and if it is working on duo2. Cheers

I have 4 tuners and a PCTV 290e USB DVB-T2 tuner plugged in. It sees it as tuner E but doesn't seem to find any UK channels when performing a search.

atm all VU boxes can handle a maximum of 4 tuners.
VU+ has promissed us to release updated drivers for this shortly.

This is because of a recent driver update to allow more than 4 tuners to run in the Ultimo and Duo2, so thanks to Vu+.

    Hi,
    I'm considering the purchase of a Vu+ Duo2 with 2 x dual DVB-S2 and a USB DVB-T (or even a pair).

The DVB-T option is a critical requirement for me so I'd appreciate some feedback on any issues (if any) with USB DVB-T tuners.

    Thanks in advance.

Recently the firmware was upgraded to support 4 x vtuners (virtual tuners eg usb tuners). I have a Duo2 with three internal tuners and with this change, I added 4 x usb tuners, giving a total of seven tuners. However, I discovered that i could only use four simultaneously. I complained to Vu+ that they needed to have more demuxs to allow simultaneous use of all the possible tuners.

    VU 6/11-drivers
    update driver
    20131106
    - Fix HDMI hotplug in standby(proc entry is also added)
    - Support DVB-T2 automatic scan(uno, ultimo, duo2)
    - Improve transcoding(duo2, solo2)
    - Add dst_apply proc entry
    - Increase demux number to 9(duo2, solo2, ultimo)
    - Support blindscan in all slots(ulitmo, duo2)

I'm very excited to say that they responded quite quickly and now with 9 demux, those model should support a total of eight tuners with simultaneous playback from file (nineth demux).

Vix 3.0 Build 777 will have this new firmware.

    OpenVix:
    VU+Duo2 -- 2 x Twin internal DVB-S2 & DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T (Avermedia Twinstar [AF9035], Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]) = 8 tuners
    VU+Duo4kse -- internal Sat FBC & twin DVB-C/T2, 2 x USB dual DVB-T Hauppauge Nova-TD [Dib0700]

Excellent, thanks for the info. BTW what DVB-T/T2 USB tuners are you using?
