    renaming recordings

    as the title says i have a duo2 and i can get into the renaming bit but cant change from the numbers to letters can anyone help

    this is prob a basic problem as i used to rename on my duo but cant remember how to

    Hi,
    have you changed the RC settings of the DUO2 to "enable text" or something like that?

    as trial says try enabling text support.

    Menu> setup> system> remote control code> text support = yes then green button to save.
