    Transcoding frame rate

There are options to set the frame rate to everything but 25fps, anyone know what the best rate is to choose for transcoding live tv which is 25 fps?

Don't want to steal the thread but I don't own a Duo2 and I'm just wondering what options of frame- and bit-rate are available on Duo2.
Can anyone please list them? Thanks.
