Changing the EPG in VIX

How does one go about changing the EPG that is being used? I've obviously downloaded different EPGs from the plugins menu, but I am still getting the 'Cool EPG' when hitting the EPG key on the remote.

(I found no option for setting this in the menus under system setup / customization)

That can't be changed without re-mapping the button press. You could hold down the EPG button and select a different EPG viewer.

which would be a recomended epg to use wht is everyone else using?

I use OPENTV in the crossEPG but have used SATMATE in the DE image and that was OK as well. SATMATE is in VIX as well in RIYVIX, need to select it from source.
I have issues with Cross and OPEN as I record criminal minds and for the last week its being recording it at 3PM on liveHD but its not CM thats showing, even though the EPG says it is
