    OpenViX on Solo2

    Hi,
I am new to this forum and I am thinking of installing OpenViX image on VU+.
But before I switch to ViX, I have a question related to the latest OpenViX images for Solo2.
Is TranscodingSetup plugin installed together with the image? If so, does it work well?
If not, is it in ViX feed to be readily installed?
    Thanks.

Transcoding is installed by default, just needs activating in the plugin menu, as to the quality, no idea as its a feature i dont use my self.

    Thank you.
Maybe those who do use transcoding on Solo2 with VIX could share their opinions.

    Yep, works just fine.
The quality (bit- and framerate are fixed values) is rather low; just enough for a small mobile device. This is hardware related, so it is the same for all images.
