    vu duo 2 wifi

I was wondering that myself about wifi.

Do you need to install drivers from the feeds first to get it to show up?

The drivers for the inbuilt wifi card in the Duo2 are pre-built into the image by default so you dont need to worry about that.

    Thanks Phoenix.

I didn't see any mention of wifi setup in any of the menus though. Where are they tucked away? Build 709 BTW.

Yes - but there must be somewhere to set up your ip address, security etc.

No need; the embedded WiFi of the DUO2 has been supported by pre-installed drivers from the first released image.

If WiFi doesn't show up, it looks like your box has a fault. You could install OI or VTi to check that.

    OI is here:
    Code:
    http://code.vuplus.com:8080/fileDownload.action?basePath=%2Fopt%2Fdownloads%2F2.1%2Fduo2&fileName=vuplus-image-vuduo2-20130731183407_usb.zip
    VTi is here:
    Code:
    http://www.vuplus-support.org/wbb3/index.php?page=DatabaseItem&id=405
You don't need to set up the complete system; just skip the first install wizard, go to network --> device and see if WiFi is there.
If it isn't on all of those images, you can be sure your box has a problem.
