    hi all ive just bought a duo2 and im trying to get picons working on the lcd screen can anyone help?

    Not got one yet but you need the plugin lcd4linux.

    Hi mate the picons are workin ok on my duo 2 using the VTI image. You have to turn on the LCD Linux on the plug in settings ok.

    yeah im also not able to get picons working with Vix image. I put the picon folder on the root of HDD. No picons show in the menu or lcd.

    Are you sure the folder name is '/picon'?
    No capital? No plural?

    Apart from that: picons on HDD is never a good idea as it slows down zapping. Flash is the best location and an USB stick will do also.
