Nope, your position is in degrees - minutes - seconds; the input should be in decimals.

    Nope:
    53.733N
    2.400W

    44/60=0.733
    24/60=0.400

My lat/long on http://www.dishpointer.com/ says Latitude: 53.5329° and Longitude: -2.1999°. What would I put in the box as the Longitude is a negative number?

Latitutde: Positive = North, Negative = South
Longitude: Positive = East, Negative = West.

The values you should enter are:
    53.5329 North
    2.1999 West

If you cannot enter up to 4 decimal points,
    53.533 North
    2.200 West
